KEMCA UK Executive Committee Election 2026: Schedule and Nominations
Dear Kemcolians,
I am glad to announce the schedule for the KEMCA UK election to elect a new executive committee. KEMCA UK is a well-established alumni and has been involved in many educational and charitable events over the years. We encourage you to actively participate in these elections to elect an able executive committee to take our agenda to new heights. We are seeking for nominations for the election of following positions:
- President-Elect
- General Secretary
- Treasurer
- Social Secretary
- Executive Members x 13
- To cast your vote, you must be a paid member of the KEMCA UK. If you are not a member yet, please complete this form: https://kemca.org/
members/ - To contest for an executive member post, a candidate must be a paid member for a minimum of six months. To contest for President Elect, General Secretary, Social Secretary and Treasurer post, a candidate must have served as a KEMCA UK executive member for at least two years.
Election Schedule:
- Last date to become a member to vote: 07/08/2026
- Submission of nominations by: 10/08/2026 (Nomination form attached)
- Ballot papers will be posted by mail : 15/08/2026
- Last date for return of ballots: 12/09/2026
- Results will be announced at the AGM on 19 September 2026
